Essential Worker Property Registration

The Isle of Man Government is appealing for expressions of interest from landlords who have properties available which would be suitable for rental by Essential Workers.

Those wishing to respond to the expression of interest should be registered, or be prepared to list onto the Voluntary Landlords Register, have suitable insurance, and be willing to enter into a formal tenancy agreement.

Landlords are requested to only place properties onto the register that are available immediately, and to notify KeyWorkers.PropertyRegister@gov.im when they become unavailable.

Once completed, we will email you your reference number and you can use this to add the properties that you have available.

Your details will be retained for 6 months, or until you have notified us that the property is no longer available.
